Like every year this year also we celebrated Rakshabandhan with great enthusiasm, students of class VIII to XII took part in the Program in the secondary section and Class III to V took part in primary section . In school rakshasutra was tied to principal ,teachers,students,and all other non teaching staffs including drivers and handyman . There was speech by student and teacher on the importance of the day, recitation, and group song .
Total 13 groups of teachers and students of Our vidyalaya went to different parts of Tinsukia, Panitola, and Chabua and tied Rakshasutra. Mainly our focus was on different Govt schools, DC, SP, DRM office, Fire brigade station, Circle Office, Bank etc . A team of teacher and student visited Alumni too for tieing Rakhis.
