An awareness programme was conducted on 20 June
2023 on mental health
.It was conducted by the resource persons of the Civil Hospital under
Clinical Psychologist Nirupama Chetia and Psychiatric Social Worker Lakhyajyoti Das for the students of class IX to class XII. In this programme, Psychiatric Social Worker Lakhyajyoti Das said about what is mental health, What is physical health and how we can take care of it. He also said how to get relief from depression and so on,
and then clinical Psychologist Nirupama Chetia highlighted the words of sir Lakhyajyoti Das and said extra about mental thinking and how to increase our memory. After her words, the programme concluded with Shanthi path
