C20 Samajshala under G20

A C20 Samajshala was organized in our Vidyalaya as the 2nd Event in this Venue as a part of G20 Summit where Vivekananda Kendra Institute of Culture is entrusted to organize series of youth conventions, talks, different competitions among the youth with the central theme “Diversity, Inclusion and Mutual Respect”. Padamshree Nivedita Bhide Didi, Vice President of VK, Kanyakumari is one of the member in the Steering Committee of C20. Dr Aparna Lalingkar, from IIT Bangaluru, was the Guest Speaker today who is also a Sewavrati of Vivekananda Kendra and worked extensively in different parts of NorthEast to spread Educational Philosophy of Swami Vivekananda. Her topic today was “Family as the preserver of diversity inclusion and Mutual Respect” to the students of Higher section. She spoke that in a family every person has it’s own work and own importance. She also added about the gender diversity among children. Students from Class XI sung a melodious patriotic song.
