2019 on Payment of Rs 300/-(Rupees Three Hundred Only).

Document(s)
Required : Attested Photocopy of the date of birth certificate
(issued by the Registrar of Birth and Deaths) of the child for whom the
Admission is sought.

Last
date of Submission of completed Application Form:
November 20, 2019
between 9:am to 12:30 pm. Further intimation reg. guidelines will be given on submission
of Admission forms.
4.
Scrutiny
of Admission Forms :
November 20 & November 21, 2019 by Admission Committee members.
5.
Parents are to come either on 22 & 23
November 2019 along with their respective child for next round of formalities. Original
Documents of the enclosures viz. Birth Certificate etc are to be produced for
necessary scrutiny. Specific date will be intimated telephonically. Besides you
