Our Teacher felicitated for his poetic journey
Our teacher Sri Neeladeep Kr Chakraborty was felicitated 16 December 2024 at Manikanchan Sanskritik Mancha by Asom Abritti aru Sanskrit Parishad , as a renowned poet of the State along with 16 other renowned poets. His poem was recited by the member of the organiser Prof. Santana Deb Sen. By now Sir has authored five books out of them two are collection of short stories and 3 books are on poetry.

VKV Tinsukia Students Shine at 6th Aryabhatta Anusandhanaatmak Vijyan Prakalpa 2024
Aditya Prashad, Tarun Lundia, and Debangshu Dutta from Class IX of VKV Tinsukia have been awarded the prestigious "Appreciation Award" for their outstanding project, "Investigating the Effect of Light Spectrum on Plant Growth and Photosynthesis."
The award was presented at the 6th Aryabhatta Anusandhanatmak Vijyan Prakalpa 2024 (AAVP), hosted by VKV Nalbari and organized by VKSPV on November 22nd and 23rd, 2024. The event saw participation from 44 projects and 132 students from 21 VKVs across Assam and Nagaland.
Four groups from VKV Tinsukia were selected to participate at the VKSPV level, and we congratulate the following students on their participation:
1. Anushuya Borah, Anuska Chakraborty, and Sneha Dey for their project "Growing Onion and Garlic in Pseudo Banana Stem"
2. Mailpalli Durga, Phebo Wangsu, and Aibido Moyong for their project "To Produce Electricity with Leaves"
3. Pragyanav Baruah, Parikhit Gogoi, and Emaad Khan for their project "How Plants React to Our Actions"
The trio's exceptional scientific talent, passion for discovery, and innovative approach to their project earned them this well-deserved recognition. VKV Tinsukia congratulates Aditya, Tarun, and Debangshu on their achievement and wishes them continued success in their scientific pursuits.

A debate competition was organised by DPS Mohanbari.Aditya Prasad (IX Vivek) received the title of best debator for the motion .Ankita Anwesha (XII Science) received 2nd runner up for the motion and Tanushka Dey of Class(XI Humanities) received the 1st runner up for the motion.

International Sports Day: Vivek Shines in Volleyball and Throw ball
On International Sports Day, Vivek emerged victorious in both volleyball and throwball events. In the friendly volleyball match, Vivek won against Biley with scores of 11-9 and 11-8, after Biley took the first game against Anand with a score of 21-19. Additionally, the throwball team led by Vivek secured the top spot, with Biley's team finishing as runners-up. Congratulations to both teams on their spirited performance.
