Vivekananda Kendra Shiksha Prasar Vibhag, Guwahati orgnised Veenapani
Lalit Kala Samaroh 2018 in VKV Dhemaji from 12 November to 15 November
2018, for the VKVs of Assam and Nagaland. Among the Vidyalayas of Assam, our
Vidyalaya also participated with 20 student participants and 5 escort teachers
in this Samaroh under various events. The different events were Sattriya Dance,
Kathak, Vocal, Instrumental, mime etc. Km. Mriganka in Tabla and Group Sattriya
(7 paricipants) bagged Appreciation Award (total 2 prizes) in VKLS 2018 from
our Vidyalaya. A total of 402 participants were present in the Samaroh took
part in the different events.
The toppers of AISSCE 2018 (CBSE ), Swreta Dey (Science) and Praveen Jitani
(Commerce) were also awarded on the Valedictory Function of the Programme.
