Manaeeya EKnathji Ranade, the founder of Vivekananda Kendra & VRM , was born on 19 November 1914. On this day Kendra observes Sadhana Divas across all branch centres of the country. In VKV Tinsukia Akhanda Ram Charita Manas Path is undertaken by students & teachers from 18 November morning till 19th morning, followed by a community lunch for parents, well-wishers & others. This year, keeping 50th year of VRM, a Vimarsha Session was organized for the parents where the Speaker Dr Hari Narayan Barkataky spoke about topic. “Service & Social Responsibility”. Among dignitaries noted researcher Diganta Biswa Sarma was also present. At noon, more than 3500 (including students) people took Prasadam in the Vidyalaya campus.

1. Issue of Application Form and Prospectus:
November 13,2019 (Wednesday) from 9:am to 12:30 pm. to Nov 19, 2019 on Payment of Rs 300/-(Rupees Three Hundred Only).
2. Document(s) Required : Attested Photocopy of the date of birth certificate (issued by the Registrar of Birth and Deaths) of the child for whom the Admission is sought.
3. Last date of Submission of completed Application Form:
November 20, 2019between 9:am to 12:30 pm. Further intimation reg. guidelines will be given on submission of Admission forms.
4. Scrutiny of Admission Forms : November 20 & November 21, 2019 by Admission Committee members.
5. Parents are to come either on 22 & 23 November 2019 along with their respective child for next round of formalities. Original Documents of the enclosures viz. Birth Certificate etc are to be produced for necessary scrutiny. Specific date will be intimated telephonically. Vigilance Awareness Week is being celebrated every year by Central Vigilance Commission. Keeping tune with it , in our Vidyalaya, we observed Elocution Competition that was organised by NEDFI, Tinsukia Branch. The theme of this year's Vigilance Awareness Week is 'Integrity in life'. The programme was held in the YogaVidya SabhaGriha on 4th November 2019. Mr. Sawang Tangjang, the branch manager of NEDFI, TSK branch was the organiser and programme was coordinated by teacher Neeladeep K. Chakraborty. A total of 25 students participated in it and the winners were acknowledged with certificates and prize money. Principal Sri Guru Charan Das distributed the prizes. The respective winners are :
1. Aniket Dutta, Class X2. Himanshu Bharti, Class XI
3. Monimukur Saha, Class XI
4. Arijit Baisistha, Class VIII
Judges for the competition were teaxhers Ananya Das & Pranab Dasgupta.

On 31 Oct , AGNISIKHA - A One day non residential shibir for the students of Tinsukia Commerce College and Women's College was organised as a part of EkBharat Vijayi Bharat observstion. 200 students took part in the shibir organised in the Vidyalaya Campus. Different sessions on Bauddhik Satra, Geet, Yoga, Group Discussion , Khel was there in the Shibir.Presentation on Team Work was also conducted in the Shibir.
