International Yoga Day was celebrated in our Vidyalaya on 21 st of June, 2022 along with the whole Nation. Children performed yoga in different groups for Primary, secondary and Sr. Secondary. There was a PowerPoint presentation on the importance of Yoga was prepared by students of HS section. Song on Yoga philosophy, practical demo and yoga performance, lecture by students and teachers were the main attraction of the day.

Our teachers were invited as Yoga instructor to various school, colleges, Govt. & Private sector offices and organisation to guide them in performing Yoga and to celebrate this Day. DRM Office, EPFO Office, Makum Ganpatrai school, Commerce College, Hindi English High School, Doomdooma College etc were visited by our students, Yoga Instructors & Kendra Karyakartas to help them observe the day. It ended at evening with a last session on Yoga at our VKV Laipuli campus.
