Aryabhatta Vigyan Kendra Competition

Like every year, on 28th of April 2023, some of our students at the Vidyalaya took part in Science themed competition, organized by Aryabhatta. They took part in multiple competitions like Art, Extempore speech, Science based Idea competition etc. The program was organized at block level and students were allowed to participate from classes VI-XII. The sole purpose of this competition was to bring out the qualities of children who had an interest in various scientific activities.

    Also our student were able to secure 1st position in Art and 2nd position in Extempore speech, as well as 1st position in Idea competition.

Railroad Resilience

Railways are a vital mode of transportation, but they can also pose significant risks if safety measures are not taken seriously.

Sri S Ramachandran, Sr. Railway Safety Officer, Tinsukia division has taken a session on Topic: Awareness programme on Railway Safety ( inside the train and in the public places ,specially while crossing the railway track ) on 29 April 2023. All Secondary Students took part in the session.

Best Cadet

Tanveer Kaur of Class IX (currently Class X) received the 2nd Best Cadet Award in the form of 3500/-. This award was on a group level, i.e., the Dibrugarh group, consisting of 7 units. Tanveer belonged to the 10th Assam Bn, NCC. Out of 7, she earned the second-best award.

The basis of the "best cadet" award in the NCC (National Cadet Corps) was overall performance in camp at Learner’s Higher Secondary School , Doomdooma.

Induction Programme for the newly admitted

On 6 April 2023, an Induction Programme was held in the Vidyalaya's Yoga Vidya Sabhagriha for the newly admitted students for the Classes II to IX. The programme was devised for  the Introduction to the Vidyalaya , photo session for Icard and to be acquainted with the system. Mangalacharan, Welcome address, Geet, Kendra Parichay, detailed academic rules etc. were the delivered in the Programme.

Vidyarambha Ceremony

VIDYARAMBHA CEREMONY 

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Laipuli ,Tinsukia celebrated Vidyarambha ceremony for the little ones of Nursery, KG and class 1 today i. e. On 31st of March 2023.

The program started with the holy chanting of three Omkara and Shanti path by Kakoli didi followed by a welcome speech by Shri Lakhinarayan Goswami Sir, the principal of Vidyalaya.Then a small presentation on Activities of the school to enrich the holistic development of the children was portrayed  by Vandana Puri didi ,the Primary in charge of the school.Thereafter the Anchor,Swati Verma didi took the program towards the purpose of the day and rituals that is age old tradition to pray and seek the blessings of almighty,gurus and abhibhavakas,where the children wrote Saraswati mantra on the rice plate which symbolises the knowledge that leads to prosperity and to mark the presence of Ma Saraswati on the tongue of the child a  spoonful of   honey was fed  followed by offering flowers at the lotus feet of Goddesses and children with their parents lit a diya around Bharat mata which symbolises-

“WE ARE HERE IN THIS WORLD OF KNOWLEDGE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT YOU AND WILL COME OUT WITH FLOURISHING COLOURS TO SERVE YOU.”
