The Vidyalaya observed 163rd Rabindra Jayanti on 9 May 2023, which is the first observation of the session. Primary kids, Secondary students performed Dance, Song, Recitation and delivered speech on the life and work of the World Poet. In our Naupukhuri and Chabua Unit also the day was celebrated with true spirit.
This auspicious day is celebrated as the birth anniversary of the great poet Rabindranath Tagore throughout India. Many schools across the country celebrate this day by conducting several competitions and programs like poetry, singing, etc. inspired by his work.
