Guru Purnima is celebrated in the Vidyalaya on 3 July where all the teachers were present along with Regional Administrative Office Sri Kamalakantji , Principal Lakhinarayan Goswami Ji and Vice Principal Mrinali Didi.
Teacher TapasiDidi & Ananya Didi sung Guru Bhajan, followed by a poem recitation by Teacher Manasi Didi. Principal Sir deliver the welcome address and the purpose of the day was spoken by Teacher Neeladeep Sir. He added, Omkar is worshipped as Guru in Vivekananda Kendra. It inspires karyakartas to take up Dawitya and continue Karya to realise the goal of human life, realising one's self same with the God.
Teacher Indu Didi and her team presented Naamprasanga and charged the ambience with spiritual fragrance.
A skit on classroom teaching strategies were presented by some teachers. Tea n snacks brought warmth to the audience amidst a rainy afternoon.
