GANDHI JAYANTI

154th Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated in the Vidyalaya on 1st and 2nd October with True spirit of imbibing GandhiJi among us by following his twin philosophy of Non-Violence and Cleanliness. On 1st October, a cleanliness drive was undertaken by all Campus inmates of VKV Laipuli and worked together to have a clean look of the Green lush Campus. On 2nd October a Programme was conducted in Yog Vidya Sabhagriha where Lecture of Educational Philospohy of GandhiJi in NEP 2020 was delivered by Teacher Nilima Didi. Patriotic Song and Bhajan was sung by Kakoli Didi and Nandini Didi. Principal Sri Lakhinarayan GoswamiJi gave an insight into the management of dealing with the disciplinary issues of the students with his enriched topic "Revisiting School Discipline". Neeladeep Sir shows some video clips on GandhiJi and his Philosophy. A hindi poem was recited by Teacher Sujit Thakur. The programme was well managed with the able anchoring of Teacher Taposi Paul.

On occasion of "Gandhi Jayanti " vivekananda Kendra vidyalaya, Laipuli Tinsukia Assam-786183 observed 'Swachhata Hi Seva' campaign-2023 by involving around 45 residents of school campus and neibourhood society including students, teachers and professionals from different walks of life to spread the message of clealiness, sanitation and hygiene among the society. 

On this day (01/09/2023) a "Shramdaan " was organised to undertake cleanliness Drive- Ek Tareekh Ek Ghanta" from  10 am to 11am.  For this cleanliness drive the area choosen was
