WORLD NO TOBACCO DAY

IMA , Tinsukia Branch organised Observation of World No Tobacco Day in association with VKV Laipuli for the Secondary and Sr Secondary students. Dr R.N. Chetia (President), Dr Rashmita Upadhyay (Secretary) was present and both talked about the ill effect of consuming tobacco related product and how to overcome it. Such effective endevour on their part is really appreciable and will be highly beneficial for students, teachers and all concern who are victim and target of tobacco menace. The programme ended with pledge (oath) for not consuming tobacco now and never. Principal Sri Lakhinarayan GoswamiJi marked the beginning of the programme with Omkar Meditation. Teacher Sangita Sharma anchored the observation.
