Swami Vivekananda Jayanti was celebrated in our Vidyalaya this year in a grand manner. After COVID-strikened years, we could invite all our parents, wellwishers and students for the grand 3 Day long celebration. On January 7th we hosted the programme for VKV-Pre Schools of Naupukhuri- chabua unit, On 11 January it was for the Primary section, and on 12 January cultural program was kept for the Secondary & Sr.Sec section.
Chief Guests, Guest of Honour, and other distinguish Guests came to grace the occasion with a total number of approximately 1000 spectators for both days. Invited Guests were Hon'ble DC, Hon'ble SP, Respected DRM of TSk Division, ADC Susanta Dutta, all VMC Members etc.
A Splendid cultural show was showcased by the students. Be it Satriya, Bhurtal Nritya, Action Songs, Instrumental Display, Karate, Folk culture Dance, Yoga Display, Bhauna, One Act Play, Rabindra Ntriya, skit, etc everywhere a touch of hardwork, dedication, and excellence are seen.
Lt Dakhya Pd Lahakar Memorial Trophy was introduced for the Highest Scorer in Academics (VI to IX), in loving memory of Dakhya Pd Lahakar, a former VMC member & wellwisher of the Vidyalaya.
