Swami Vivekananda Jayanti was celebrated in our Vidyalaya in a grame manner on 11 and 12 January 2024. In 11 January for primary section and on 12 for secondary/Higher Secondary students. Chief Guest for the Day 1 was Sri SashivBhushan Goyal Ji, CA, who is associated with Vivekananda Kendra besides his other social connections. While addressing the audience Sri GoyalJi emphasised on the role of Teachers and parents in line with NewEducationPolicy (NEP) and AI.
On 12 January, Chief Guest was Sri Amulya Khataniar, Sr reporter, profound Write R who spoke about skill and real education and how to achieve it. Besides him, Sri Satish Yadav, 66, a cyclist from Maharastra who came to NorthEast on Cycle, was present in the programme to inspire all. VMC members , parents well wishers and other's presence made the programme a successful one.
Students performed many attractive and spellbound cultural numbers with the central theme of BHARAT CENTRIC EDUCATION & Azadi Ki Amrit Parv. Bhawna, sangeet, vandana, nepali dance, jhumur, drama, yoga, instrumental and many other programme were presented by the students.
