of Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Laipuli, Tinsukia, with the following prestigious
honors at the Axom Prakashan and Sadou Axom Puthi Prakashak Sanstha's cultural
event in Bihutoli Duliajan on November 10, 2024:
- Best School Award for Cultural Programme
- Best Award for Traditional Musical Instruments and Folk Dance
Accompanied by a ₹10,000 cash prize and book collection.
Vidyalaya excels in Assam Folk Culture Program. The theme of the program
was Assam's Folk Culture basically focusing on Assamese traditional folk music
and dance that are about to extinct. The variety of cultural items which
depicts the richness of Assamese culture made a true sensation for all. Amidst
29 participating schools/colleges, our 41 students shone brightly with their performance
